When we first wanted to sell our house we got several assessments for the selling price on our house. Yours, of course, was the best price. However, that was not the determining factor. You were the only realtor who did not take a 10 minute stroll through the house and then show us 2 or 3 comparable sales to our house and leave it at that! This would have been, at most, 30 minutes. We liked your attention to detail. I remember when you looked at our house you had a notepad and took notes and spent almost 3 hours with us.. Also, when we viewed other properties we liked how you would walk through it with us and point out various things good and bad. Something in our experience that never happened with other realtors. We know you worked very hard to promote our house and that you got us such a good price!
